Lesson 20 – B: Identifying Functions (Graphing and Plotting)

06/26/2016

Lesson on graphing equations in the x-y plane using the assigned values for variables through modeling or plotting. By assigning different values for x, the corresponding values for y can be determined. Moreover, y can be represented as f(x). X-Y coordinates are then acquired, and are ready for modeling or point-plotting.

0:20 y=3x+1
3:40 y=3x-5
5:40 f(x) = |x| + 1
