Contact form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, the platform that hosts this website. Netlify's privacy policy is available at netlify.com. Dr. E receives form submissions directly by email and retains them only as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry.

No. We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your personal information with any third parties for commercial purposes. Your information is used only to respond to you directly.
